Q Guild and Q Butchers have become household names synonymous with quality meat retailing, a first point of call for discerning consumers.
There are seven regional groups across the country. Applicants for membership need to be approved at regional level before undergoing a stringent independent audit to ensure that business adheres to the quality and hygiene standards set by the Butchers Q Guild.
Grades are awarded for both quality and hygiene and only those achieving the highest grades are admitted to membership certificate.
After being admitted to membership a Q sign will be erected outside the butchers shop to highlight the membership to the consumers. One of the best benefits of Q Guild membership is access to regional meetings.
